Swansea v Middlesbrough has just got under way in the Championship. And in the 5pm Serie A game, Juventus lead Genoa 2-0 in Turin. Bremer and Weston McKennie scored the goals.

Lincoln City are going up!

Lincoln have scored in the 96th minute, Jack Moylan burying it. Bolton’s draw with Stockport confirmed a first promotion to the second tier in 65 years.
